Hiring an Electrician

Wiring your hot tub should not ever be a DIY project. Electricity and water do not mix, so it is important that you hire a professional electrician to safely hook up your hot tub. An electrician will be familiar with the National Electric Code and will know exactly what type of wiring to use, the right size breakers to use as well as what proper conduits and disconnects are needed to ensure safety.

An electrician can have your hot tub wired and working quite quickly, meaning you can take your first soak, safely, in your new hot tub shortly after it arrives.

If you are looking for recommendations on local electricians, speak to your hot tub dealer. They will be able to connect you with professionals in your area that have worked on a number of hot tub installations.
