Four Stage Acrylic, Polymer and Balsawood Shell
A special cross-link .187" acrylic provides a colorfast and durable finish. Vinyl Ester is then used to waterproof the entire structure and permanently adheres to the acrylic. Several layers of polyester based fibreglass are applied to make a virtually indestructible hull. A balsawood core is installed to strengthen the entire structure allowing it to move and flex to the constant forces created by the water movement.
