This option packed swim tank features everything you need to strengthen, tone and shape your body through resistance training while you're suspended in buoyant weightlessness. You can swim stationary laps for a full-body workout, row to work the upper body and arms with our rowing system, run or jog underwater in place for a cardiovascular workout, or get a massage with the adjustable hydrotherapy jets. Additionally, the spa is a safe and easy environment in which to teach kids how to swim. Designed so the athlete can experience the full benefits of resistance training and range of motion exercises in an aquatic environment"

Sculptured to comfortably support your body in a relaxed and natural position, the ergonomic seating dramatically enhances your swim spa experience. Plus,Hydropool Swim Spas are one of the most energy efficient swim spas on the market. After manufacturing the swim spa shell, a generous coating of high density 2lb. water resistant insulation is sprayed over the entire outside surface in order to achieve maximum heat retention and energy savings. In most cases, the operating cost of our swim spas is much lower than that of a traditional swimming pool.
